This Sunday we are suggesting choices - you may want to race/run the Lanikai 8K run hosted by MPPRC and in honor of Daniel Levey - a really great event/choice, or run longer and finish in time to honor the 8K runners.
Susan will meet some at the beach park at 6:15 a.m. to run a 8.5 mile run and finish there coincidental to the 8K run finish. (Running above Mid Pac CC and then through Enchanted Lake up to Kalanioleole Hwy, new and old highways, back by way of Pali Hwy and return to the beach park.)
George will be with others running th 8K run in Lanikai. If you are not registered, you'll want to show up around 6:30-ish. The MPRRC folks will be on hand to help you get situated.
