We're going to step up the mileage this week for those readying for the Honolulu (or California International) marathons.
We will however, have options for mileage of 8, 10 or 13 if this is more suitable to you.
The trades are weak but the Kona air is cool; we'll hope for the best and enjoy a nice Kaneohe Bay run with some neighborhoods added. Those doing 16 will need to break away at the marsh return and head up to the highway and to get to 16. You'll finish downhill!
