We have choices on Sunday, involving a 9 mile run or a 13 mile run.
We'll dance through beautiful Lanikai and then head up to Norfolk by way of Keolu Circle. Then we'll peel through the marsh and work our way back to the store. You'll get a good half-marathon in if you need it (e.g. if you are training for Honolulu) and if you want to do less and still have a glorious run in Kailua Town, you'll get it too!
We'll have coffee/breakfast at Kalapawai Cafe afterwards!
